Clearvision offers licensing, consulting, training, support, and development and branding services for Atlassian and Open Source tools. Clearvision has been part of the UK Government G-Cloud Digital Marketplace since 2013. Clearvision specialise in and manage agile transformation and methodology in their teams.

Clearvision was founded in 2005 by CEO and MD Gerald Tombs to work in IBM Rational consultancy. Clearvision also began developing its own plugins and solutions alongside its consultancy services.
In 2007, Clearvision formed a partnership with Atlassian, a Sydney-based software company. The company also began to work with Open Source version control software solutions such as Git, Subversion and Mercurial. Clearvision are now an enterprise-certified Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner.

Clearvision owns and maintains ClearHub, a freelance marketplace for IT contractors, particularly with skills in Atlassian software. Support and key skills include the Atlassian Stack, Jenkins, Java, DevOps and IT Support, as well as candidate team profiling and remote contracting.
Teamify
In early 2017, Clearvision launched Teamify, a plug-in for Atlassian Confluence that adds the colour-based personality profiling of Clarity4D. This enables users to see communication preferences and personality types by hovering over usernames in Confluence.
Partnership with Atlassian
Clearvision partnered with Atlassian and became a member of Atlassian's "Atlassian Expert" partner programme in 2007.
In 2012 Clearvision became the first European partner labelled by Atlassian as "Enterprise Ready". In 2014, Atlassian presented Clearvision with another accreditation, naming the company "Git Essentials enabled".
Today, Clearvision is an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner - a title that recognises its expertise in the Atlassian toolset.
Awards
Clearvision won the 'Dynamic Growth of the Year Award' at Solent Business Awards 2017, being recognised for its international growth.
Clearvision has won the following awards from the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce:
- Best International Performance (South Coast Business Awards 2015)
- Small Business of the Year (South Coast Business Awards 2013)
Atlassian has also awarded Clearvision with an award for 'Top New Business: Globally' (2016) and 'Atlassian Partners of the Year - Dev Tools' (2017).
Clearvision has also won several Atlassian Charlie Club Awards, and were the first European Expert to reach this achievement in recognition of license sales and consultancy work in the Partner program. These awards also include The Top Expert EMEA, Top JIRA Expert and Top Dev Tools.
Clearvision was a finalist in the Inflexion International Growth Business of the Year category in the 2015 UK National Business Awards.[6]
Again, Clearvision were finalists for the Vonage Business Enabler of the Year at the 2016 UK National Business Awards.
Charity Work
Clearvision chooses one charity to support per year.
Most recently, Clearvision raised £3,826 for Dreamflight (a charity that takes children with a serious illness or disability on the holiday of a lifetime to Orlando, Florida).
Prior to this, Clearvision supported The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, and raised over $1,700 at the 2016 Atlassian Summit.
Clearvision has also joined the Corporate Philanthropy Pledge 1% movement, with CEO Gerry Tombs acting as a Pledge 1% Ambassador.
Clearvision participates in Movember annually to raise money and awareness for men's health issues. As well as this, Clearvision regularly participates in charitable activities for Comic Relief and Sports Relief.
